Ordering

When you have found the goods you want to buy, and have put them in your shopping cart, you need to fill in personal information and credit card information. When you have accepted the General Terms and Conditions and completed the payment, you automatically receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order subject to misprints and sold-out items as well as necessary raw materials subject to supply problems.

Gift cards

Gift cards bought on www.thithao.com expire after 3 years.If you do not want to use the gift card or part of it, the remaining amount can be refunded – however no later than 1 year after the expiration date.

You request a refund by sending us an e-mail to thithao@thithao.com. The e-mail must contain your name, address, and account information as well as the code from your gift card.

We handle your email within 1 week and refund the remaining amount.

Purchases of unused gift cards can be regretted within 14 days of purchase – also by e-mail to thithao@thithao.com.

Gift cards given by Thi Thao or won in competitions should be considered marketing material, and in some cases they cannot be combined with other gift cards or discounts.

Given or won gift cards cannot be converted to cash, and their validity period may be considerably shorter than purchased gift cards. The expiration date will always be provided on the gift card.

Prices

All prices are including 25% VAT and in Danish Kroner (DKK) and Euro (EUR).

All prices are current prices and are updated regularly.

We take reservations towards sold-out goods and misprints.

In many cases we offer the option to customize our designs according to your wishes and measurements. The price for individual adjustments is set individually.

Payment

The possible payment methods are Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. Your payment will not be charged until the goods leave our stock.

It is also possible to pay by bank transfer.

We will never deduct an amount larger than the amount approved. 

We do not charge a fee for payment with credit cards.Data is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and securely sent to our payment provider.

Delivery

Thi Thao makes an effort to ship all orders placed before 22h00 CET on the same or the following weekday.

Orders placed after 22h00 CET are sent within 2 weekdays.
 
Please expect extended delivery time in connection with sales, holidays and advance bookings.

Some of our products are not produced until we know the customer’s size and possible customization requests. In these cases, we inform separately about the expected delivery time.

All parcels are sent by courier. The delivery and shipping prices are:
·      DKK 49 to Danish parcel shops,
·      DKK 69 for delivery to Danish home addresses or work addresses,
·      DKK 449 to all other Mainland Europe & UK/Ireland
·      DKK 699 to the rest of the world

Thi Thao cannot be held responsible for shipping partner delays.

We ship to the following countries
All countries that are not under restrictions from Danish authorities.

Standard delivery time for stock items is 1-2 weekdays in Denmark and 3-7 days outside Denmark.

Regrets and Returns

Thi Thao offers 14 days return right for non-customized goods from the day you receive the goods. If you regret your purchase, you should send us an e-mail to thithao@thithao.com within the 14 days regret period about your regret. After this. You should return the goods to us.

Returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them – and always within 14 days from the previously mentioned email about your regret.

Christmas gifts can be exchanged until 10. January. This does NOT apply to items on sale that must be exchanged within the normal 14 days.

IMPORTANT: We only exchange goods that appear unused.

It is the buyer’s responsibility and cost to return goods. All products returned to Thi Thao must be securely wrapped.

Shoe boxes and other Thi Thao packaging must not be used as shipping boxes. Instead, they should be wrapped and put in a shipping box when returning the goods.

Thi Thao recommends sending the goods by parcel service or courier service. It this way it is possible to trace the shipment in the transport provider’s system which will eliminate any doubts if the goods have been returned to Thi Thao. Moreover, this gives the customer the possibility to report the shipment missing in the instance that it has not been received by Thi Thao.

Exchange to another size or color

If you wish to exchange goods to another size or color, you should return the goods and place a new order via our webshop. When we receive the returned goods, we will return the money to your account. This ensures that the wanted size and color has not been sold out in the meantime.

Important: Remember to include the original receipt.

Thi Thao refuses to receive goods returned as “Receiver pays” or product sent without postage.

Complaints

There is a 2 year complaint period on products bought from Thi Thao.

The right to complain does not cover wear and tear, wrong handling or gross abuse.Please contact our customer service on thithao@thithao.com before you return the goods to get a return code that must be written clearly on the return package. The return code ensures that we can identify the person who has returned the goods.

Safety

In order to place a purchase in the webshop, you need to register with the following information:

  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail

The personal information is used only in connection with your order handling, 100% confidential and in accordance with the current GDPR-legislation.Credit card information is sent encrypted to our payment provider through an SSL-connection (secure Socket Layer). You can double check if you are sending from a secure website by looking for a padlock in your browser.

We use log statistics to find previous orders, and in order to find your personal information via your e-mail.
