Our FAQ answers some of the frequent questions we receive. The Questions and Answers may change over time depending on feedback and questions from our customers.
What do I do if I want my clothes made-to-measure, but do not have time to visit you?
It depends if we already have your measurements – if we do, just let us know. If not, then we can send you a link to our self-service 3D measurement service. You will be able to measure yourself using just your smartphone.
For many of our designs, we will be able to make you a very good fit based on your existing measurements. We prefer to have the option to make final adjustments based on a final fitting. The Final adjustment is included in your price, and it will only take us a couple of hours to perform adjustments if necessary. You are welcome to fit this into your schedule post-purchase.
How do I know which colors that are right for me?
If you are in doubt, we are happy to assist you with colors, cuts, design etc. We do not mass produce – and thus we have creative freedom to make the clothes that are right for you. This often includes color choices beyond the limited selections offered by brands that pre-produce their clothes.
What if my custom-made clothes do not fit?
Your clothes will fit you. We use your measurements, and your approval is an integrated part of our production process.
What if I do not want to pay for custom-made?
We offer clothes in standard sizes as well, and we are happy to assist in determining which size that will be the best fit for you.
What if I no longer use/fit my Thi Thao clothes?
We are happy to adjust your Thi Thao clothes. If adjustment is not an option, we might help with re-design. We charge tailor fees for this service. You may also re-sell your Thi Thao clothes on our Vintage page.
Do I have took book in advance?
You are welcome to visit us without booking in advance – many of our first-time customers do that. However, many of our regular customers prefer to pre-book to make use of our very personalized service. Pre-booking gives us the opportunity to prepare for the individual person, and reserves our designer’s time for you, but you are always welcome to just drop by. Why do you often hide the faces on your SoMe posts
Many of our customers prefer to see examples of our clothes on real bodies – not just on models – and many of our customers are kind to let us use their pictures on our SoMe platforms. Thank you to every one of you. Because we use real customers for our pictures we also respect that some prefer us to use their pictures in anonymous form.
