Welcome to our self-service 3D Tailor measurements tool. The tool helps us make tailormade clothes for you, even when if it is not possible got you to meet with us.
Our 3D self-service measurement tool is an optional alternative to manual measuring. Both methods deliver equally precise results – choose the one you feel most comfortable with.
The service is available for Thi Thao Copenhagen customers, and allows you to easily scan your body using the camera on your mobile phone or tablet. If you run into technical problems, please let us know.
If you wish, you may perform the scan before placing your order. We will only store your measurements if we receive a valid order from you.

The 3D Tailor measurements tool
The 3D measurement tool creates an electronic silhouette of your body and calculates your accurate tailor measurements.
We store these as part of your customer profile, and it allows us to make our clothes to fit your particular body.
For the most accurate result it is important that you do not wear loose clothes for the scan.
The scanner does not store nor share any photos or other imagery except your body silhouette. This applies both to us and our external partner hosting the service.
When you start the web app, it guides you through a single rotational scan with your phone placed at floor level. Rotate in place in front of the front-facing camera once over the course of ten seconds, with your arms up in cactus pose.
If the scan is done properly, your avatar will take about 2 minutes to process and will then be automatically available to us. If something goes wrong with the scan (e.g. loose clothing or obstructions in the scan area), then you will receive an email notification to let you know what went wrong and prompt you to take a new scan.
When you are ready, you can start the 3D tailor measurements by pushing the button below on your smartphone or tablet.
The tool is a substitute for manual measurements. It is almost equally precise to manual measurements – and in any case precise enough that any deviations can be handled in a final fitting round.
It helps you save time, and it enables you to order our clothes tailormade without you showing up for manual measurements.
